Can human be teleported ?

WHAT IS TELEPORTATION?

Teleportation means moving of an object from one place to another without any physical travel.

Technically according to CIT (California Institute of Technology) teleportation is the recreation or duplication of physical objects or their properties using light beams. It is also called QUANTUM TELEPORTATION. The researchers have successfully transmitted information about the properties of an object at the speed of light, so that the object could be duplicated or reconstructed at the destination.

(OR)

Teleportation is the hypothetical transfer of matter or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them. It is a common subject in science, fiction literature, films, video games, and television.

TELEPORTATION PROCESS:

Teleportation is a process in which quantum information (e.g.: the exact state of an atom or Photon) can be transmitted from one place to another, with the help of classical communication.

  • First, we need to separate the atom by dematerializing the object and store the data.
  • 1 atom contains 1000bytes of data.
  • This stored data should be teleported (i.e., transport) to another place.
  • After teleportation, the object should be rematerialized i.e., reconstruct again.

China scientists transmitted photons present in light to a satellite which is 1400KMS far away from earth by using the teleportation process. Later single atoms like CESIUM, RUBIDIUM is teleported.

IS HUMAN TELEPORTATION POSSIBLE?

On average, the human body consists of 7*10^27 atoms.

That means,

              1 atom=1000bytes---  7*(10^27)*1000 BYTES=60ZB data.

And we don’t have servers to store this data, if in case we can do this it takes 4.5*(10^18) year. Maybe we can expect to happen this in the future, as some scientists are  saying that using quantum computers we can teleport humans also.

ADVANTAGES :

  • It saves lots of time.
  • It will be a really cheap process once it is mainstream.
  • You don’t need to waste your money buying expensive cars, or booking flight tickets, just you need to buy a teleported instead.
  • If there are no fuel vehicles then there won't be any global warming
  • Nobody will be late anywhere.

How does NASA work or interact with space shuttle?

How Does NASA communicate with spacecraft?   NASA Communication with space craft: Spacecraft sends us the information and pictures using DNS (deep space network). DNS is a collection of big antennas which receives information and is located at different locations in the world. The antennas also receive details about where the spacecraft are and how they are doing. There are DSN locations near Canberra, Australia, Madrid, Spain and Goldstone, California. Those sites are almost evenly spaced around the planet. That means as the Earth turns, we never loose the sight of spacecraft.   What DSN Antennas Do? DSN  receives information and pictures which is sent by spacecraft.  NASA also uses the DSN to send lists of instructions to the space craft. How Do Spacecraft Communicate With the DSN? The tools they use in the spacecraft can't be heavy or take too much power or take too much room. Small antennas are fixed to the spacecraft and the we...
